Where is my 341 Hearing

Every Washington Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy filing requires that you attend one hearing, your 341 (a) meeting which is often called the Meeting of the Creditors. These hearings are normally held about 28 to 35 days after your case is filed.

Figuring out where that hearing might be is often a little tricky for Seattle area filers. In many cities such as Vancouver or Spokane, everyone in entire metro area gets routed to the same hearing site. Not so in the greater Seattle metro area.
